ABOUT

The Autism Hero Project (AHP)

OUR VISION

Prepare kids with autism for the world and prepare the world for them.

OUR Mission

At The Autism Hero Project, our mission is to drive the paradigm shift towards autism acceptance, influence positive changes in public policy, and transform the landscape of how businesses embrace diversity. We are resolute in our dedication to intentional inclusion, fostering an environment where every individual, regardless of neurodiversity, is valued and empowered to thrive.

In pursuit of this mission, we proudly sponsor medical insurance for autistic children, facilitating their access to comprehensive therapeutic services. Our commitment extends to supporting Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy, a vital component in developing life skills that empower individuals on the autism spectrum to achieve their full potential.

Recognizing the inherent talents and potential within the autism community,

The Autism Hero Project goes beyond advocacy and intervention. We are passionate about fostering personal and professional growth through educational scholarships. By providing financial support, we enable autistics to develop their unique talents and skillsets, ultimately preparing them for gainful employment.

Our vision is a world where autism acceptance is the norm, where public policies champion inclusivity, and where businesses thrive by harnessing the diverse strengths of all individuals. Join us in our mission to create a society where every autistic is celebrated, supported, and equipped with the tools to lead a fulfilling life.

Donuts cals.JPG

DONUT LOVERS ARE IN FOR A TREAT!

Especially when they know that 15% of their purchase will help The Autism Hero Project (AHP) serve it's mission of buying medical insurance for children on the spectrum who are uninsured or underinsured. We believe that every child should have access to the therapies they need to thrive, strive and reach their full potential.

But AHP also understands the need to raise awareness for important missions so upon finding out that Stan’s teamed up with Cal’s Angels — a non-profit organization working to grant wishes, raise awareness, and fund research to help kids fighting cancer — to create the Pecan Heart Donut, which launched in Stan stores this month, AHP immediately wanted to help raise awareness for pediatric cancer and personally requested the Pecan Heart Donut to be a part of their fundraiser.

For every donut ordered on November 15th, proceeds from Stan’s Van will give back with 15% of your total order benefiting The Autism Hero Project. Additionally, for those who order a half-dozen of the Pecan Heart Donuts, an additional 10% of your order will go to Cal’s Angels. Guests will also have the option to purchase a half-dozen donuts that will be donated to a family impacted by Autism or a Cal’s Angels family.

The Stan Van sells out quickly so although you can order donuts on the spot DONUT LOVERS are encouraged to pre-order their donuts by November 12th The pre-order guarantees your donuts will be there!
